In order to strengthen the credit support for imported goods, on August 31 this year, the four ministries and commissions issued supplementary notices on the relevant matters in the "Business Letter  No. 600":
On the basis of the current scope of support for China's Export-Import Bank's preferential interest rate import credit, the Catalogue of Encouragement of Imported Technologies and Products (2015 Edition) issued by the Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Commerce (Development and Reform Industry  No. 1541) Incorporate the scope of import credit support, and provide preferential interest rate import credit support for advanced technology, key equipment and parts and scarce resource products in the catalogue. In the future, the Export-Import Bank of China will adjust the scope of support for preferential interest rates based on the adjustment of the catalogue.
