At the exhibition, we understood the consultation of paper towel industry together and looked for raw materials, this feeling is like my own thing, and our tacit agreements is exactly the same. After the exhibition, we has been in touch, and we gradually got along better than friendship. Now the customer orders 2 sets of Napkin Paper Making Machine from the factory every year, and he always tells us what products to be done in advance, then we prepare goods beforehand. About the payment for goods,as long as we tell him that he will support us and prepay more money for us.
During the period, our boss also visit the customer personally , and the customer's scale which has four factories can not be despised, it was not until 2017 that a larger factory was formed, and it is one of the best companies.Airports and government departments are his industries. So we sell equipment to him, and we are also relatively proud of it. Almost every year we can meet to discuss some details.When the customer encounters problems or want to buy products what are not ours, as long as the products belong to China, they will also consult with us and introduce their suppliers of raw paper to us. As Long as they do not understand, we will help them to solve them. We met again at the Wuhan exhibition in April 2017. The customer also specially booked a hotel near us, the client had an appointment with us to visit Wuhan, and he originally had half a day to play .but because we could not leave until the afternoon, so the client did not only spend a whole afternoon staying with us, but also help us to chat with other customers to improve another customer's impression of us.
